Contract Types
Carl R. Pursell Inc. provides services in three types of contract forms: Design-Build, Competitive and Negotiated Bid. Due to our commitment to quality, nearly 75 percent of our clients are repeat customers. Trying to stay in line with current trends, we have been working increasingly more with the Design-Build approach. |

Project Types
Through the 25 years Carl R. Pursell Inc. has been in business, the majority of our work has been focused in the commercial sector.This accounts for our largest volume of work due to our wide range of in-house capabilities.
Throughout recent years, we have slowly taken on more work in the health care sector of the construction industry. The majority of this work lies in the renovating of existing health care facilities and medical office fit-outs.
Uses of Technology
Advanced Estimating/Scheduling Software
All those involved in our project management team have been trained and have access to the latest project estimating and scheduling software currently on the market.
Our estimating department uses our own historical cost database along side with On-Center Takeoff. This allows us to develop the most accurate costs for all types of construction.
In order to deliver our projects on time, a CPM (Critical Path Method) schedule is generated prior to the start of each individual project. Our project managers have been trained and rely on SureTrak Project Manager software to accomplish this task.
